Real estate is a relationship-based business, and Rosita strives to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. One of her goals is to build a business entirely upon referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring service they receive.
Rosita sees herself not as a sales person, but as a professional who guides her clients through the major life event of buying or selling a home.
Rosita’s mission in real estate is to help her clients every step of the way! She helps clients achieve their real estate goals by guiding them to make the best decisions for their situation. How? She listens to determine what is most important to them. Next, she will advise and guide them in their decisions and do her part to achieve the results they want.
Her clients expect the best from her, and they get it – starting with communication. Not only does she keep them informed of everything related to their purchase or sale; they know that if they call or email with a question or concern she'll respond as quickly as possible. She lets them know to ask any questions they have, there is no such thing as a “silly question". She takes the time to listen.
Rosita always listen first to fully understand her client's wants and needs; making sure they understand both the process and the significance of each decision they make and each document they sign; putting their best interests ahead of making a sale; and being available and responsive. Whether it takes a day or a year to find that just right home, Rosita never pushes.
Clients also know that Rosita will not mislead them, and that she will give them her honest opinion. If she sees a potential problem, she'll share that thought rather than let them go ahead with a decision that may not be beneficial.
Rosita’s dedication to customer satisfaction, her fun, caring personality, her take-charge attitude, and her drive to succeed soon turn clients into friends. They know she’s going to get the job done for them her clients know that can trust her to be honest, even when it may be info, they’d rather not hear.
Rosita’s former work experience in program management and mid level management positions, gave her years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. And although buying or selling a home is hopefully a happier venture, it still can come with stress. To ensure a successful experience, Rosita utilizes her talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as her skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, working with attorneys, and remaining calm under pressure.
Rosita is a semi-native, being a resident of the greater San Diego area since 1968. She has lived in many cities throughout San Diego & knows various neighborhoods. From Chula Vista, South Bay to Mira Mesa and then settled in Rancho Penasquitos for the past 20 years.
Rosita’s decision to enter the field of real estate and home staging evolved from her love of houses, decorating, and remodeling - plus her desire to be a part of a business that helps people achieve their goals. Rosita has been active in buying, remodeling, renting and selling their own properties for 18 years. As a result, she knows first- hand the challenges renters, buyers and sellers face, including what they may need and want – and she provides it!
