Wikipedia's definition: "Home staging is the act of preparing a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money."
Some sellers are not confident in the power of staging a home to sell. Let’s take a moment and think back to the times you went to view open houses. I'm sure there were houses that were vacant (with no furniture at all) or maybe sellers were living in the home. And then there were homes that were staged.
